*Salad*

Caesar Salad

romaine lettuce, and croutons dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, garlic, Dijon mustard, parmesan and black pepper.

*Main Course*

Fried Calamari

squid coated in batter and quickly deep fried to golden perfection in

vegetable oil with a splash of citrus.

Bruschetta

 grilled bread toasted with olive oil, and salt adding toppings of tomatoes, garlic, and parmesan cheese.

Baked Ravioli

layered four cheese ravioli with rich marinara sauce, creamy ricotta, and melted mozzarella, baked to perfection.

Penne Marinara

penne pasta tossed in a flavorful marinara sauce. tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and olive oil.

Chicken Cremona

Sauteed with mushrooms and red peppers in vodka cream sauce
